COUNTRY EXPANSION MANAGER
With the customer at the heart of everything we do, Expansion takes responsibility for developing and implementing the strategic expansion plan in the country. Considering that we in Sweden are the mother market for IKEA, with good physical presence, our expansion plan is still very rich on opportunities, with extremely exciting initiatives planned. To maximize accessibility and penetration, we have put great focus in utilization of our current assets by securing up-to-date investment plans as well as establishment of market development plans for our priorities cities, with innovative projects in the pipeline.
We are looking for a strong leader that has passion about creating an IKEA fit for the future, by creating customer value and business growth. As leader, you have the ability to act strategically, tactically and operationally. Sometimes all at the same time! ABOUT THE JOB
The main purpose for this role is to maximize accessibility and penetration in the market, secure development and implementation of IKEA retailing concepts and secure full utilization of our assets in the market.
In this role you will report to Reza Shomali, Country Business Development & Transformation Manager.
This role is located at Service office in Helsingborg, Sweden.
