Job Description - Field Marketing Execution Nordic Operation This is a country specific highly skilled role within the regional marketing team (reporting to the Marketing Director Northern Europe, working in team with 2 other Field Marketing Managers, 1 Channel Marketing Manager and 1 Infrastructure Marketing Manager). The successful candidate will be accountable and responsible for directly managing country marketing projects and supporting the revenue targets of the country. will be responsible for the following functions within your role: Local Marketing Planning . Contributing to and support of direct & in-direct target market definitions and go-to-market strategies . Alignment of marketing plan to support the annual operating plan and sales territories . Fiscal planning of programme budget Communication & Enablement . You will be responsible for the communication of the local marketing activities to; regional marketing teams, product portfolio managers, sales and technical teams, vendors & agencies, business partners, and your field marketing peers in the other EMEA regions. Tactical Marketing Planning and Execution . Market leadership - you will be responsible for and will be measured against targets for all marketing leadership activities including; press relations, media schedules, opinion leadership, executive engagement, technical partnerships, sponsorships, and hospitality. . Customer community - you will be responsible for and will be measured against targets for all customer community activities including; annual user conferences, customer facing publications & communications, customer reference programmes, and product and industry forums. . Demand generation - you will be responsible for the development and execution of a demand generation campaigns while working with the regional sales leaders and outside agencies. You will be measured against objectives in relation to lead generation, lead conversion, sales appointment generation and pipeline contribution. You will be responsible for alignment of global marketing programs with local sales goals and tracking of associated metrics to identify marketing return on investment. . Internal communications - you will be responsible for the communication of product and sales enablement[ materials and marketing activities to the management team, as well as the direct and indirect sales forces.[ .[Budget management - you will be responsible for the tracking of program budget spend vs. plan .[Localisation - you will be responsible for the localisation process for your country language(s) This position requires an individual who has both marketing and sales knowledge with strong planning, analytical, execution and communication skills. Knowledge of market, PLM domain experience, and the enthusiasm to communicate our vision to the market while supporting our sales team is essential. The minimum requirements for this role are: . Marketing qualification, degree is preferred. .[Proven marketing experience in the software industry .[Strong knowledge of the PLM market .[Strong project management and collaboration skills .[Ability to work and deliver to a deadline with high quality work .[Strong communication skills .[Ability to work with others and build consensus based decisions .[Ability to collect input from various teams and decide optimal plan .[Clean driving license (travel will be required up to 20%)
