I hela Europa jobbar ca 13000 kommunikatörer på 33 språk för över 100 klienter i 28 länder på 55 olika service center. Job Summary The role supports all site HR managers in Sweden. This role is overall responsible for all HR matters in Sweden.[ This role will report into the Area HR Manager for the North Region.[ The successful candidate will need to be enthused by tough challenges, forward thinking, creative, adaptable, attentive to details, data oriented and credible whilst remaining dedicated to deliver high performance across the broadest spectrum of HR. [ Responsibilities * Provide a range of HR services that support business initiatives and operations in the following areas: recruitment, people development, performance management, communications, employee relations, policy development, process improvements, and compensation. * Serve as a resource/consultant in tactical approaches for all HR Managers. Coaching management through employee related issues as well as legal processes. * Implement HR strategic and services that support business goals and align and enhance Transcom key values. Main Duties * Assisting with people related challenges and goals whilst ensuring fairness, equity, consistency [[and legislation is applied across the region.[ * Understand the company, region and team objectives to better focus HR support.[[[[[[[ * Pro-actively track and improve employee satisfaction. * Working with HR Manager to continuously improve processes and procedures, in order to improve effectiveness and efficiency of HR. * Network with HR contacts and external bodies to keep up to date with common practice and legislative changes. Requirements * At least 10 years of HR experience, including HR experience within a CRM company and as a Human Resources Manager in a growth company. * Preferably university degree qualified with demonstrated competence in the various HR functional areas, especially employee relations, and consulting/coaching. * Ability to work structured in an unstructured environment. * Understanding of local HR related regulations and compliance procedures within all Transcom Sweden. * Able to partner with leadership to develop a culture of innovation, excellence and honesty and has abilities and ideas to build and enhance the culture. * Strong project management and prioritization skills, able to manage multiple complex issues alongside day to day work. * Have the confidence to question management about actions/decisions. * Positive attitude towards team work and developing the HR function, displaying the drive and determination to make a difference, supported by a strong work ethic. * Excellent communication skills (must be fluent speaking and writing English) to ensure information flows upward, downward, and across. * Excellent presentation skills.[
