Founded in 2006 and headquartered in Roskilde, Denmark, Swim & Fun has, within a short time period, become a market-leading distributor of pools, water care, and pool accessories in the Nordic region with a primary target group being families with children who have their own garden.

The current management team of Swim & Fun recently joined Fluidra to continue Swim & Fun’s successful trajectory since its foundation. Fluidra, a multinational group listed on the Spanish Stock Exchange, is the global leader in the pool and wellness industry. 

Swim & Fun are busy and want to expand their team with a new Country Manager in Sweden, which is a strategically important market for Swim & Fun that needs both Key Account Management and new sales growth.

Responsibilities
The first 6-12 months, you will be hands-on, and during this period, your job will be sales and getting to know the business. At a start, you will be responsible for our Swedish chains and important customers. Therefore, you must be very skilled at solution sales as well as planning and executing our growth plans, and it comes naturally to you to analyse the development.  
 
You are a role model and are to ensure customer satisfaction. Another important role is to contribute to the market strategy and spar with the Sales Executive concerning the general development of the company.

Qualifications
You are successful in selling solutions to retail chains through long-standing relations. You have international or industry experience, most likely from a job as a Key Account Manager or National Account Manager for 3-5 years.
 
As a person, you love to seek opportunities and take the lead. You thrive working in dynamic companies where you can contribute to setting the agenda. Your focus is on the customer AND the company. You have an empathic assertiveness, and propriety is a natural part of your DNA. This means that you have the courage to stand firm while at the same time listening to the opinions of others – and you always keep your word. Furthermore, drive and team play are two words that characterise you. That means that you take the lead and are motivated by growth at the same time as you keep focus on your customers.
 
You have excellent knowledge in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
