Scandinavian Trust is looking for a Country Manager in Finland to lead and develop the local team and grow sales and profitability in the Finnish market. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a growing and exciting organization.

As the Country Manager of Scandinavian Trust in Finland your main tasks is to focus on the local sales strategy and new customer acquisition as well as building the operational team. The Country Manager reports to the CEO in Stockholm. The office will be located in Helsinki and we hope that you enjoy working from the office.

Your main tasks, responsibilities and objectives:

- Lead, motivate, manage and develop the team in their respective functions, legal, accounting and secretary services.

- Develop and build a local marketing strategy on how to attract and retain the right customers in the market.

- Recruit and manage staff in coordination with the CEO in Sweden.

- Budget responsibility for Finland.

- Direct personnel responsibility for employees in the country.

- Develop and lead the team in alignment with Scandinavian Trusts culture.

- Ensuring a good working social and physical environment within policy.

- Being an ambassador for the Scandinavian Trusts values locally.

- Develop and implement country strategy in line with company objectives.

- Achieve sales targets and market share growth in Finland.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners in Finland.

Qualifications/Experience

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - law, economics, marketing, business economics or similar.

- Fluent Finnish is required.

- Business English as a working language within the Group, oral and written.

- B2B experience - preferably with law firms and/or international customers.

- Good understanding of Sales & Marketing.

- Documented sales results and leadership skills.

You want to lead the Finnish organization using good market insight to make good local decisions. At the same time, you cooperate well with the Swedish CEO and implement central structures and systems.
