Country manager France

We are looking for someone to work as a customer service representative for our office in Gothenburg, working on our customers in France.
The position also involves some work in marketing and sale to increase the number of customers. Previous work experience in this field is not required and we welcome recent graduates with degrees in marketing, e-commerce or communication.
Your role will include:
- Daily contact with customers via email and phone
- Providing support to customers regarding our products and services
- Updating our digital channels
- Assisting with planning advertising campaigns
- Producing content for our website and advertisements

Additionally, we would like someone who is an engaged and flexible colleague who can support the team as needed.
SkyTech is Europe's largest supplier of labeling for installations in electrical, plumbing, and ventilation systems. Our goal is to make life easier for electricians by offering products and services that can be ordered online and delivered within 24 hours.
We have factories in Norrtälje, Orsa, and Germany, but we operate in several countries throughout Europe. For customer support and sales in France we require fluent French, preferably as a native language.
The position is located in our office in central Gothenburg, and we believe that meeting daily in person promotes a dynamic and creative workplace. Our office in Gothenburg consists of an international and enthusiastic team working in customer support and sales for several European markets.
This is a full-time position during office hours, and a trial period of six months will be applied.
