YOUR OPPORTUNITY
You will be building and creating the successful legacy of Bacardi in the Nordics (Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, and Sweden). Driving key decisions that will significantly affect the countries’ commercial operations and performance.
As the face of Bacardi Nordics, you will be responsible for leading the markets, engaging our people and customers to deliver best in class execution and performance in the cluster.
You will be responsible for the commercial leadership of the Nordic organization and be a clear player in the Benelux & Nordics leadership team contributing and guiding the strategy and execution to deliver best in class results.
ABOUT YOU
Your ability to strategically shape direction and build prioritized plans whilst engaging the team and customers to execute to new highs will be critical to success.
You must have experience of managing a full P&L, working with key stakeholders to win but also dealing with Distributor Model.

RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE
· Deliver key financial targets and win externally: Full P&L responsibility & value share
· Lead and champion to market in the Benelux & Nordics leadership team (CLT)
· Inspire a cross functional leadership team in the markets to execute outstandingly and win
· Drive and deliver the IAP
· Shape and deliver the customer and channel strategy of all countries to maximize long term value to the company
· Align all primos behind the targets and create a passion for winning in the organization
· Build talent through exceptional development of primos and elevate capability across functional & technical competence.
· Drive commitment to recommended plans by influencing key markets, regions, and global stakeholders
SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY
· 15 years of Experience of a ‘leadership role’ in a matrix organization, managing multiple stakeholders in a complex environment preferably international role as Sales Director in a leading FMCG Company
· Expertise in commercial & customer Marketing through first-hand experience in the function at national leadership level
· Demonstrable track record of performance in Commercial
· Proficiency in English language skills, proficiency in local language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish) skills is a plus
· Experience in managing P&Ls and using this information to drive performance
· Strong verbal, presentation & written skills. Confidence to influence at all levels in an organization.
· Spirits industry knowledge is desired
· Experience with dark markets/distribution model markets is a plus
