Today, Goava consists of 30+ employees with a strong corporate culture characterized by community and commitment. They are now looking for their first international key hire for the role as Country Manager. You will be reporting directly to the companies CEO, Jonas Ehne.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The country manager in Norway will be Goavas first international key hire and will be responsible for building, framing, leading and growing part of their Nordic business. This will include establishing Goavas first office outside of Stockholm. To carry out Goavas mission, your responsibilities will include the following:
Building, motivating, coaching and leading a high performing team aligned with Goavas values and cultureFull P&L responsibility for the local market, ensuring the region is tracking according to budgetOwn and manage Goavas go to market strategyDefine and reach business goals, mainly focused on business growth, profitability and stakeholders great experience Responsible for growing ARR from direct and indirect sales, dealing with clients and partner salesEnsuring that all strategies and operations are tailored to the local market, taking into account local customer preferences and regulationsWork close with central management and HQ teams to resolve any operational, product issues or overall improvements Various ad-hoc tasks in line with your role and the Nordic expansion.
WHAT SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Establishing and growing a SaaS business in the Nordics requires an experienced, hands-on commercial professional who can grasp all areas of business and is not afraid to roll-up their sleeves.
More specifically, the following statements hold true for the ideal candidate:
You have a proven successful track record of building and managing high-performing teams and your values are aligned with that of Goava.Great SaaS sales experience and industry expertiseYou have a strong network in the local market and a great track record of building long lasting relationships with relevant clients You are an analytical thinker who loves problem solving5+ years of previous relevant experience within SaaS sales and/or high growth tech scaleups with at least 3+ of them managing fast-paced teams.
