Country Manager to an international company

In this position you will work in a full-service global supply chain partner. OM TJÄNSTEN
As a country manager you will be responsible for driving strategy and delivering results. Through data analysis and past experience you will make solid decisions on strategy and help achieve sales branch goals, not just team goals.

You will also manage your team which includes recruitment, mentoring, manage employee performance, ensure that the team is trained, provide feedback to employees and prepare development plans for employees. Furthermore you will develop customer, supplier and vendor relationships and act like a leader in the branch.

This position can be completely remote which means that you can work from anywhere you like. The company has offices in Stockholm and Gothenburg if you would like to work from an office.

In this position you will


* Manage professional employees and/or supervisors. Supervise large, complex technical or business support or production operations team(s)
* Be accountable for the performance and results of a team within own discipline or function
* Adapt departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges
* Make decisions that are guided by policies, procedures and business plan; you will receive guidance from senior manager
* Provide technical guidance to employees, colleagues and/or customers
* Exercise limited management authority; set employee performance objectives, conduct performance reviews and recommend pay actions
* Define team operating standards and ensure that essential procedures are followed based on knowledge of own discipline


VI SÖKER DIG SOM
- Experience from non franchised distribution of ++electronic components++
- A minimum three years of relevant experience within sales
- Experience from working with sales in the nordic or baltic contries
- Fully fluent in english

It is an advantage if you have


* Previously worked as a sales manager and/or team leader
* A bachelors degree of relevance
* Fluent in swedish
