Country Manager to Sportway Denmark

ABOUT SPORTWAY
Sportway was founded in 2014 and is an AI-automated sports video and data production company which provides end-to-end, fully automated video production of live sporting events, specializing in lower tier leagues and youth divisions. Their goal is to bring the power of live and on-demand video streaming to organizations everywhere to ensure that all sports, on all levels are available for everyone.
At the beginning of 2020, Sportway had more than 200 installations throughout Europe, covering Ice hockey arenas in Sweden, Norway and Finland and by the beginning of 2021 that number has more than doubled with an additional +230 arenas. They are currently launching in Denmark and are ready to take the next leap and transform the sport industry there!

ABOUT THE ROLE
The role as a Country Manager means you will be in charge of everything on a country level, from building up the office and the team to working closely with federations, leagues and clubs such as the Danish Ice Hockey Association. You will be working together with the management of Sportway and have weekly support from the team in Stockholm.
JOB RESPONSIBILITES
Have dialogue with danish federations, leagues and clubs
Lead daily operations and manage the office
Build your own team of superstars
Identify and execute on ways to improve
Part of the long-term planning and strategies for Denmark

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Experience of managing teams / projects and building up a department or a business by yourself
Good knowledge in Office 365
Interest in sports and wants to join the Sportway adventure
You are fluent in English and in Danish or in Swedish

IT'S AN ADVANTAGE IF YOU HAVE
Experience of the media industry
Knowledge in broadcasting
