Country Marketing Specialist – Norway

We are now looking for our next Country Marketing Specialist - Norway. You will be part of a Nordic team with members in Norway, Finland, and Denmark. You will also work closely with our three other teams within Marketing: Digital sales, Creative productions and Customer Relationship situated mainly at our head quarter in Helsingborg. The position is in central Oslo together with 80 other colleagues.

Hiring manager for the position is Øyvind Stormyrbakken, Commercial Project Manager at Resurs. His leadership can be described as transparent, inclusive and a great team player.

Get an idea of the role

Secure the local language and implementation of customer communication that creates attention and demand for our products and solutions in line with the overall marketing strategy.

Cooperate with the central market organization and contribute to content development and Nordic community.

Plan and execute the further development and following up of our marketing automation program.

Participate in related commercial projects.

In this role you will

- Create insight relating to marketing performance from existing sources of data and take actions based on the insight.
- Participate in plan and execute on year wheels for marketing communication in all relevant channels together with relevant stake holders.
- Participate in development and maintenance of our efforts to be in line with “best in practice”. - Customer communication.
- Market Automation.
- Campaigns.
- Content, insight articles.
- Web Site landing pages.



- Contribute to the development of Display, Native etc.
- Drive the collaboration with local key stakeholders. - Provide information regarding ongoing campaigns and activities.


- Support local sales managers.
- Other tasks that naturally fall under the role.


On a personal level

- Bachelor’s in economy, marketing, communication or similar
- Desirable experience: 3 - 5 years within CRM, Communication, Market Automation.
- Familiar with marketing automation tools and web analytics. Enjoy working with copy and language.
