Country Operations Lead - Denmark

Kavall is in the process of a great expansion. We aim to open up our Kavall Stores throughout Scandinavia. Due to this exciting expansion we are currently looking for a talented Country operations lead for Denmark to join our team. You will be managing operations for all stores in your country, and coordinate with other central functions to ensure stable and efficient operations. You will aim to build your team and operations to run a functional store and logistic process. We see it crucial that you are highly engaged in the day to day business and that you are eager to learn every step of the operations to be able to succeed. You are responsible to grow your market and expand your team with people that are eager to disrupt this industry. To lean on you will have a highly competent central team working their magic for you to succeed.
Responsibilities
Build your team from the bottom up with all necessary roles
Have a key role in the expansion of your market.
Be responsible for operations in your country, ensuring all aspects of the business is coordinated and well executed
Closely coordinate with central and other functions, including assortment, buying, supply chain, recruiting and marketing
Maintain productive and effective procedures throughout the operations in your country.
Support Regional Managers with tools needed, in order for them to perform their tasks.
You will pick and pack and later deliver orders. This is our core business.

Requirements
You have previous experience with working in operational roles and high-pace environments
You have previous experience with leading different teams, preferably with a pedagogical leadership style.
Relevant educational background.
Analytical and good communication skills in Danish and English (nordic languages are also a big plus!).
Flexible and comfortable with travelling to the different stores in your country to keep up with managing your teams (we like a hands on mentality!)
Great problem solving skills - we are a startup company and are constantly developing and optimising our processes!
We consider it a great advantage if you have previous experience of a managing role in a startup company.
