We are now looking to strengthen our team with a Country Sales Manager to lead the sales activities in the Swedish market and to empower the Swedish caregivers with the Platform24 product. We are market leaders in Sweden, growing at a rapid pace, and you will together with your team manage and develop existing customer relationships as well as introduce our platform to new customers, both private and public. This is a key role, not only in growing Platform24s business but also to drive the digital transformation of healthcare in Sweden.
Responsibilities
- You will be overall responsible for reaching Platform24’s Swedish revenue targets
- You will have full P&L responsibility for the Swedish commercial and customer success team
- You will together with the commercial team constantly maintain and develop our customers as well as continuously increase ARR.
- You will be an active participant in developing Platform24 sales and customer success methodology
- You will be overall responsible for all current Swedish Platform24 customers and ensure that they are satisfied with our services
What we are looking for
10 years of experience from:
- Driving sales projects within healthcare
- Proactively working towards the public sector in healthcare
- Selling software solutions to healthcare
Skills and traits
- Ability to lead sales processes in a confident manner and discuss solutions with highly educated and competent clients
- Ability to conceptualize pitches and new business ideas in writing
- Committed networker that can open new doors for business
- Good understanding of the health care market - public and municipal sector
- Ability to negotiate and achieve results on C-level
- Strong drive with the will to “hunt” new clients
- Tech-savvy that likes modern, non-hierarchy, agile product businesses
- A strong communicator with the ability to enthuse different types of groups and individuals
- High level of energy and drive
- High level of self-confidence and self-dependence
This position is located in our Stockholm office. Professional English and Swedish are required.
