Country Service Manager

Major international company is establishing a local subsidiary in Malmö and is looking for highly motivated staff.Are you ready for this challenge and join them right from the start?Our client is one of the world's leading manufacturers of liquid carton packaging systems.The organisation has global presence and a workforce of ca.4,700 employees.Due to increasing business and ambitious goals in Scandinavia and the Baltic countries, a local sales, service and marketing office will be based in Malmö as from 1 April 2008.Country Service Manager A key aspect is the formation and maintenance of excellent relationships with our customer's organisations, across operations, quality and engineering functions.You will manage and develop a team of engineers and support staff to provide our customers with first class technical support for the efficient operation of our packaging system.You will also have responsibility for the service business budget.A comprehensive training program will be provided, along with the close support of a colleague.This position offers a lot of independence to form your own team and covers a big variety of tasks. Candidate profile: - Ideally with experience of managing a technical service function in a Food, Beverage or other FMCG environment - You will have a technical background, qualified to at least High School Level and with a minimum of 5 years industrial experience - You will display a high energy level, be prepared to travel throughout our territory and enjoy working in an environment which does not always conform to "normal" working hours - The ability to motivate and communicate with our multi-national team is paramount, you will be fluent in Finnish, Swedish, English and knowledge of German would be a distinct advantage Our client offers a dynamic international working environment.The office is located in Malmö.You will be part of a small team in a big organisation with great possibilities for development.You will be offered the chance to work right from the start in a company with a strong international character.Send your application including CV and a personal letter not later than November 11.
