In this service, you will have the opportunity to become one of our cornerstones of DeLaval's global range, as well as be involved in influencing product development. The role can be described as a "knowledge bank" whose task is to act as the link between development and sales, as well as support the organization with product knowledge, not least highlighting the biological aspect. You act as a second line support where you solve the problems that arise and are identified regarding product quality and maintenance. In this way, you become a mainstay of our sales organizations in their aftermarket jobs.
Some of your main responsibilities in the role are:
• Have product quality and maintenance responsibilities
• Support local sales organizations with technical guidance based on hands-on experience
• Actively support the product manager with product-related requests
• Act as an internal product contact and participate in development projects
• Responsible for technical documentation (e.g. training materials and manuals)

Is this you?
We are looking for you who have practical experience and interest in milk production and agriculture. Most likely, you have previous work experience as an agronomist, veterinarian or in milk production for at least 3 years. To be successful in the role, we believe that you have participated or have some knowledge of development projects in product development, preferably in dairy/milk production. You are probably the kind of person who likes to pass on knowledge to others! We believe that you have an academic background in, for example, agriculture/agronomist, veterinarian or engineering – then with appropriate practical experience in the field, or that you can credit academic qualifications through work experience in milk production. We require you to move freely in different types of data management systems and manage the Microsoft Office package very well.
In this recruitment, your personal qualifications will be of great importance. We are looking for a person who is self-motivated, communicative and educational. You are used to working with a lot of different things, but for that matter never thumbs your nose at the accuracy. To fit into the team, you're a curious team player who isn't afraid to roll up your sleeves and do the job yourself. Exchanging knowledge between colleagues comes naturally to you. In addition, you have a strong drive, a good patience and are humble as a person.
Requirements for the position are that you handle the English language unhindered in speech and writing. We at DeLaval have a flexible workplace where you are offered to partly work remotely. The rest of the time you spend at our head office in Tumba, where you are also close to Hamra Gård. Some travel is required in the service, then to visit test farms and/or customers as well as other parts of the organization.
