As the Program Manager for Cloud RAN CPI (Customer Product Information), you will be working in a team-orientated environment, leading and supporting the delivery of high-quality customer documentation to our customers. You will have the freedom to experiment, find creative and innovative ways to address customer needs, work directly with customers in early engagements, take direct feedback and implement timely actions.

You are a leader who is not afraid to challenge the status quo, is open to trying new things and creates a safe and supportive environment to do so. You will be part of a larger program delivering high-quality Cloud Native RAN products for Ericsson and have the direct connection and influence to drive a long-term CPI strategy for Hybrid-RAN.

What you will do
Identifying and taking the lead in driving the program strategy, supporting the day-to-day operations (of the CPI Team) as well as removing impediments and supporting (as needed) escalations towards the program
Driving the coordination and collaboration of initiatives, processes and change management involving other programs in Cloud RAN
Working directly with Customer Units and our customers, proactively seeking feedback in early engagements to deliver high-quality documentation using fast feedback loops
Driving and supporting innovative and creative ways to create and deliver Customer documentation in support of Cloud RAN, working towards a common DNEW CPI Strategy, improving on the end-user experience, and support of the Cloud RAN solutions
Together with the rest of the team, identifying and implementing areas for improvement, helping the team and the PDU become more efficient in the delivery of CPI.
Connecting and developing a multi-site CPI team, building employee satisfaction and teamwork.



You will bring
demonstrated ability in project management, with a proven track record in delivering sophisticated solutions
Experience working in customer documentation is an asset
Strong technical understanding of 4G/5G and ability to ramp in new technologies, such as Bash, JAVA script, Python, K8S, Docker, Web developer & scripting competence (used in the Documentation and CICD infrastructure for CPI)
HUGO is appreciated, or some equivalent understanding (used for Documentation build)
Ability to build networks and positive relationships across the organization.
