Job Description
Core Responsibilities
· Leads, develops & executes key sourcing strategies enabling enterprise value creation, Supply chain, Commercial affairs, Procurement

Broader Responsibilities:

· Undertakes an executive role within an enterprise, focusing on sourcing, procurement and supply chain management
· Management of the entire purchasing functionalities & strategy
· Balancing a budget as per the company’s constraints
· Ensuring that goods and services are promptly delivered
· Making sure that vendors are paid in a timely manner
· Profile supplier's suite of capabilities: financial, technical, regulatory, geographical & operations to ensure adequate supply security position & supplier segmentation focus
· Being constantly vigilant about finding systemic purchasing and supply chain improvements
· Leads the sourcing effort, identify the potential vendors, and conduct successful negotiations on high-value or strategic categories
· Developing effective goals, standards, and metrics to keep track of the company’s and employee’s key performance indicators (KPI)
· Improving processes for efficiencies
· Develops contingency plans for assigned categories and partner supplier relationships
· Develops strategic/tactical negotiation framework fit for market, spend, geo position to mitigate risk exposure
· Ensure that the purchasing strategies and planning are correctly aligned with its overall corporate strategy
· Works with each business unit to lead centralized direct and indirect sourcing and purchasing efforts
· Manages financial reports, P&L, currency exchange, including supplier's balance sheets


The Successful Applicant
· BS in Engineering and excellent experience in business, procurement and other technical degree
· Minimum of ten (10) years of related Procurement experience required & commercial affairs in Middle East and Asia
· Minimum ten (10) years of working in Railway, Energy, Power Plant & Mining Industries
· Knowledge of Industrial equipment such as Mechanical, Electrical, Instrument & Piping material especially in above industries
· Superior negotiator with a proven track record of delivering results relative to value, total cost, terms, quality, and service
· Excellent English language skills, Swedish & Turkish are advantages
· Strong team skills and the ability to act as a key facilitator
· Proficiency with systems, software, including Microsoft Office Suite
