CPO Simployer

With 3200 customers and over 1.3 million users across our product lines, Simployer is one of the largest HRM cloud provider in Scandinavia. We are over 300 employees across five cities in three countries. Simployer helps organizations to develop and take care of their employees and offers digital HRM services that streamlines internal routines and processes. In our product portfolio there are solutions for all parts of the employee journey. We are now looking for a CPO who will be responsible for our product strategy for the future.

About this position:

As CPO with us at Simployer, you are the focal point of our business where customer and market insights are transformed into solutions that make us attractive as HRM suppliers and leading the way to several markets with a competitive specialized platform consisting of technology and expertise in combination. You work closely with all functions in the company with responsibility for creating and realizing a sustainable, long-term and international product strategy.

You lead a team of 15 talented employees divided into Product Managers, Head of Product Strategy and Product Analysts.

You are part of the management team that strives toward high cross-functional goals and you report directly to the CEO Vigleik Takle. They have several offices you can choose from: Their head office in Sarpsburg in Norway, Stockholm, Gothenburg or Oslo.

Your background:

We are happy to consider candidates who have experience in being strategically and commercially responsible for Product Strategy in a SaaS company. Your background in software is extensive.

You have a solid technical understanding and have the ability to transform customer insights and market analysis into technically sustainable solutions in collaboration with the CTO and the development team. You are a strategist with strong operational roots.

Your leadership is visionary, communicative and inclusive. You turn strategy into action and are present and operational in implementing activities that steer in the direction of the business and strategic goals.
