About the role

Hästens is on a mission to make the world happier, more peaceful, and loving by delivering extraordinary sleep experiences. We are looking for a talented individual to join our tribe of creative thinkers and visionaries and lead our Vividus Team at our Dream Factory in Köping, Sweden.

The Grand Vividus and Vividus are two of the world’s most luxurious beds and set the standard for quality, craftsmanship, and comfort. As Hästens Vividus Team Leader, you will manage the production demands and oversee the impeccable construction of every masterpiece using only the finest materials and meticulous attention to detail.

You will work mainly with the manufacturing of mattresses, stuffing of materials and other tasks such as final inspection and packing. You will also take on the role as Team leader and be responsible for the daily work at the Vividus department while producing our most exclusive Vividus and Grand Vividus beds.

Skills and requirements

- You have a clear view of the department’s processes and guarantee the department’s delivery security while also guaranteeing the ultimate top quality.
- You will be a global ambassador for the quality mindset of all craftsmen in our factories.
- You will report directly to the Production lead.
- We are looking for someone with leadership qualities, who is quality aware and who is passionate about working with their hands.
- Experience as carpenter, other production work or from manufacturing industry is required.
- Leadership experience is preferred but not required
- Fluent in Swedish and English

We are looking for someone who has quality awareness and who is passionate about working with their hands. The work includes heavy lifting, which requires good physique and the ability to perform repetitive tasks for longer periods.
