Creative and Marketing Manager
Join the Rock ‘n Roll Scientists at Softube in Linköping, Sweden and help us craft and tell the Softube story! Softube is a dynamic, fast growing company on a mission–to find the best way to make music with a computer, using our scientific wizardry and our love for music. We are looking for Creative and Marketing Manager that is creative and structured, with a deep understanding about communication and leadership.
Position Details and Application
The position is full-time, on-site at Softube headquarters in Linköping Sweden, and we would like to fill this position as soon as possible. Many of our current employees are from other countries than Sweden, and English is spoken at the office.

Job Description
Define and continuously analyse, evaluate and develop Softube’s communications strategy, plan, and guidelines
Create, implement and uphold the Softube visual communication and brand identity/brand personality in all communications
Create, or oversee the creation of, product marketing content. For example, product copy, videos, newsletters, press releases, manuals, catalogues, product sheets, advertisements, content marketing and social media activities
Create, or oversee the creation of, branding promotions/tools/activities. Such as merchandise, branding video content, branding advertisements, social media strategies
Create and analyse marketing campaigns and product marketing
Establish and maintain press relationships
Handle advertising through channels such as print media, online banners, and Google AdWords
Manage our presence on social media and important forums, promoting the brand and products
Ensure Softube optimizes the use of exhibitions from a sales, branding and communicative perspective.
Timely and efficient deliveries of creatives to internal and external parties.
Required Qualifications
Relevant degree (3 years minimum) in communications and/or marketing from University, or similar level
At least five years of working experience within the field of marketing or communications
At least one year of working experience leading people, preferably as Project Leader
Experience from managing exhibitions
Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
Hands-on experience with logo design, typography, colour, web layout design, print production, image selection and package design
Proficient use of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects)
Experience with Softube Products
Knowledge and experience in music production
Knowledge and experience of the music software industry, plug-ins, DAWs
English language, both in text and speech
