WHO ARE YOU?
We are looking for a Creative Concept and Customer Experience Developer with focus on the area of Food & Beverage. You are an energized person with a strong leadership and entrepreneurial approach, with an agile way of working and business focus.
To be able to deliver in this role you should have strong knowledge and capabilities of concept development, both commercial and creative, project management, customer behavior, business development and be an expert user of Creative cloud and SketchUp. You know how to build on trends, market opportunities and deliver fast to the market. Your experience comes from the corporate commercial concept development, entertainment concepts, restaurants and cafes and retail sectors.
You convert problems into opportunities and dare to take risk in exploring the unknown. You have a creative mindset and dare to challenge existing ways of working. You communicate in a straightforward way, and get energy from coaching, motivating and cross-function collaboration. You are openminded and have the ability to spot business opportunity and trends from market to market. You deliver results in the time frame and budget.
You are passionate about what you do, and you get inspiration from the business you work with. And of course, you live and share our values.
To succeed in this role, you should have at least 5 years of proven experience within Food & Beverage concept development and leadership of own projects. You also have experience of working in a remote global team being part of a global organization.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role you work hand in hand with colleagues from all departments and your team colleagues and line manager to constantly develop Ingka Centres owned Concepts, conceptualize and scale within the company’s portfolio.
Being a Developer requires, besides for strong visual design skills, tactical interpersonal skills, team spirit skills on a high level, and skills to navigate in the unknown.
You will be involved in the Concept review process to evaluate and follow up best practices which can be conceptualized, commercialized, and scaled. Among others you will work closely with the customer experience, brand, positioning and Commercial business development, to ensure the consumer journey all the way.
Some examples of your responsibilities will be to:
· Own and lead the visual development of Concepts throughout the organization
· Responsible for development, document and piloting/testing plug & play concept to roll out solutions/tools
· Provides consultative support as an internal expert about Concepts in smaller-scale improvements to Meeting Place teams
· Ensure active and relevant pool of consultants and suppliers to serve Concept development process to ensure future proof solutions.
· Collaborate with the Meeting Place Making Leaders and other departments to develop the Meeting Place Making framework and to streamline concept development processes of the future meeting place.
· Support the Meeting Place Making, Customer Experience and Concept Review Leaders in the execution of their accountabilities.
· Support Meeting Place Making and customer experience procedures and activities to secure that all relevant tools and frameworks are in place.
· Leverage Marketing and Customer Insights & Analytics to understand the needs of customers, communities and partners
· Collaborate with Meeting Place Making Leaders, Customer Experience Leader and Concept Review Leader in our daily operations.
· Develop co-workers’ awareness for innovation and customer centricity by demonstrating INGKA Centres’ commitment to strive for outstanding customer experience.
In this role you will report to Creative Concept Manager. Your place of work will be Malmö, Sweden. Your colleagues are located globally and projects can be run all over the world.
