Do you want to be part of building a strong and distinct global fashion brand, at a company with a higher purpose to empower and inspire women? Great! We are looking for a Creative Director to our head office located in central Gothenburg.
Your role in our team As Creative Director, you lead the way when it comes to build a strong and distinct brand identity - by translating insights into clear creative strategies and development of our tone of voice. The scope covers all touchpoints in our customer journey. You work in close collaboration with the creative teams, but also with colleagues from other departments, where you coach, motivate and contribute with your experience. You are also in the forefront when it comes to our creative process, making sure that our communication contributes to our business strategy on a short and long term perspective. You are a member of the Global Marketing Management group.
You are an important part of driving the marketing transformation at Lindex, conceptualizing our communication and making it future proof. You also guide the creative work and make sure that we always seek continuous develop and improvement.

Also, this probably sounds like you:
Academic degree in Business & Administration, Marketing, Communication or similar
Work experience as Creative Director or similar role, in house or at an agency
Retail and/or e-commerce knowledge
Work experience from marketing- and production planning, transforming of consumer insights into marketing strategies
Work experience of leading and developing creative teams
Swedish and English, both spoken and written
