Job Description

To sustain our growth plans, we are looking for a driven, innovative Brand Creative Manager to join our team. The role sits in our Brand & Marketing Organization. You will be responsible for Monkis’s visual framework, narrative, and graphic brand ID and develop Monki as a brand under the Head of Brand & Marketing direction. You will also be responsible for the execution of omnichannel creative concepts and you also need to be up to date with all advertising trends within fashion, lifestyle, art, music, and digital entertainment.
You will oversee all marketing content initiatives both internal and external, across multiple platforms and formats to ensure premium fashion representation in collaboration with fashion lead but also an outstanding creative level that drives sales engagement, retention, leads, and positive customer behavior.
Your main responsibilities include:
• You will work cross-functionally with many different departments for example buying and design, concept, fashion content manager, and all the different Brand and marketing
• Lead a talented and diverse team of art directors, graphic designers, video editors and copywriters in creating world-class communication
• Ensure staff assessment & development according to performance matrix, develop and educate team members to grow and utilize their full potential

To be successful in this role we are looking for a visionary leader with a proven track record in managing and progressing creative teams. You should have an extensive track record for producing disruptive, brand-building fashion/lifestyle and highly effective creative ideas across multiple media.
Experience in developing creative strategies based on consumer insights for multichannel platforms on a global scale. You have an agile, flexible, and strategic problem-solving mindset on how to get the team to heighten the creative vision whilst delivering on time and on budget. As a person you are comfortable both in driving fashion trends and commerciality for the masses while keeping the brand’s purpose in mind.
We love to meet someone who has:
• Previous experience in lifestyle branding, eCommerce, and/or fashion is essential
• Experience with performance metrics, setting KPIs report on project outcome measure Monki’s progress against business goals
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite & PowerPoint/Keynote, Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Excellent end to end knowledge of the creative productions process across both on and offline
• Strong communication and analytical skills, as well as the ability to think strategically
• Background in fashion retail organization is a plus
