About the Opportunity
We’re looking for a highly imaginative, passionate, and design-obsessed creative to join the marketing team in Sweden. The role will see you working alongside a global team of creatives, leading the design outputs in your local market. You will create, oversee, and implement impactful campaigns, bringing our brand to life across digital advertising, social, print and outdoor media. You will be able to lead agencies, freelancers, and stakeholders in the creative process across multiple projects, being a master of critical thinking and communication. You will help shape how people perceive our brand.
Your Focus
Create, lead and develop seasonal campaigns across, social, email, print, and paid media – from ideation through production, with internal and external resource.
Craft art direction for photo and video shoots, with an eye towards compelling, conceptually driven visuals rooted in brand thinking.
Working with the marketing and partnership team to define creative briefs to ensure they are aligned with brand direction and meet the objectives.
Act as lead on multiple projects, adapting visual style and tone based on audience, and channel.
Build relationships with our marketing, partnership and product teams, understanding their vision and needs – and communicating creative ideas to answer them.
Manage agencies and a roster of creative freelancers.
Work collaboratively with the wider Group Creative Team, to align creative approaches, brand standards and develop fresh brand thinking.

What We’re Looking For
You have a solid commercial grounding in digital design experience working at a creative agency, startup, or similar environment.
Strong portfolio showcasing successful multi-media campaign work for a range of audiences and channels - including multiple examples of email, video and social tactics.
Strategically minded and able to brainstorm, develop and execute big campaign concepts and the tactics that support them.
You have experience bringing brands to life in the digital space. You enjoy visual storytelling and have a solid understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.
You are confident in talking people through design process and demonstrate best practice design.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro.
Animation/video skills preferential.
Illustration skills is a bonus.
