Job Description
Are you a Creative Visionary with a keen sense of style and a commitment to sustainability? ARKET welcomes you to join us on a distinctive journey as our Creative Lead. In this role, you will shape a unique retail narrative, blending sustainable practices with ARKET's distinct brand identity. It is not just about design; it is about shaping the future of retail.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish the creative direction for ARKET's brand identity in stores through cross-functional collaboration.
Develop immersive store concepts that encapsulate our brand essence, operational goals, and sales aspirations.
Lead the entire process from concept creation to precise execution, ensuring the creation of compelling retail spaces, supported by thorough design documentation.
Define project parameters, timelines, and stakeholder engagement to ensure seamless execution.
Maintain an in-depth understanding of ARKET's concept, from furnishings to function, assortment to materials.
Ensure that each store layout embodies ARKET's essence, optimizing commercial appeal and customer experience.
Scrutinize technical drawings from consultants and suppliers, ensuring alignment with brand-specific requirements.
Continuously enhance the customer experience, evolving the concept to align with customer needs, budget considerations, and sustainability objectives.
Proactively oversee and update brand manuals and project documentation.
Facilitate cross-functional communication, keeping the team and other brand departments informed, promoting collaboration.
Stay abreast of retail and design trends, as well as emerging construction materials and architectural solutions.
Uphold a customer-centric approach and serve as a brand ambassador in all interactions.

Leadership responsibilities:
Provide guidance and support for store and development projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality design outcomes.
Share knowledge and contribute to team development.
Maintain an awareness of ongoing store-related projects across departments, offering design direction and input as needed.
Foster collaborative relationships both internally and externally.

Qualifications
Critical Competencies:
Experience in steering creative work and collaborating with creative teams.
Deep understanding of ARKET's brand essence.
Degree in architecture or interior design.
A track record of crafting retail experiences, furniture designs, and brand development.
Project management expertise, making ideas a reality.
Proficiency in CAD, Adobe's creative suite, and Microsoft Office.
Communication and leadership skills that inspire action.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
