Customer Experience & Sales (CX & Sales) is a newly established global cross-functional and customer-centric function within the H&M Brand focusing on delivering an outstanding customer experience. CX & Sales has a key role in enabling us to reach our brand direction, to become the leading destination for style, creativity and culture. As Creative Lead, you will be right at the center of this shift towards a truly customer-centric organization.
Job Description
As Creative Lead, you will co-develop store concepts and formats for some of our store format portfolio. You lead the creative direction of the brand experience in our stores assure that it is strengthening our overall brand perception of H&M, in line with our brand platform.
Key Responsibilities
• Assuring the creative direction and creative height of the store experience to turn the brand concept into reality
• Creative direction of project teams (internal/external) within branding and concept development
• Monitoring industry trends and innovations and using this as an inspiration to set the creative direction of our physical brand experience. You package your ideas into concepts, presentations, and storyboards.
• Realizing the creative vision and translating it into tangible deliverables,
• whilst securing alignment and development in line with Brand DNA
• Create Creative solutions and experiences that are both groundbreaking and on brand, as well as driving continuous improvement across our portfolio

In addition, to be successful in the role we believe you have:
• +10 years of experience in:
o Developing store concepts/formats in line with an overall brand platform
o Creating holistic brand experiences in collaboration with other channels
o Developing successful store brand experiences that incorporate customer experience needs
• Strong skills in leading cross-functional teams and cross-regional stakeholders/teams
• Strong collaborative mindset and approach for close working relations across various functions
• Extensive experience in managing external partners and agencies
• Proven track record of acting as a catalyst for customer centric creative innovation
• Extensive experience in defining creative directions for retail formats / concepts and its functional implications and implementation.
• Using insights as part of your concept development
• Experience in working with consumer brands in an international context
