Customer Experience & Sales (CX & Sales) is a newly established global cross-functional and customer-centric function within the H&M Brand focusing on delivering an outstanding customer experience. CX & Sales has a key role in enabling us to reach our brand direction, to become the leading destination for style, creativity and culture. As Creative Lead, you will be right at the center of this shift towards a truly customer-centric organization.


Job Description


As Creative Lead, you will lead the creative direction for Visual Merchandising of the brand experience. You lead the creative direction of the brand experience in our stores and assures that it is strengthening our overall brand perception of H&M, in line with our brand platform. Through cross-functional ownership and collaboration, you share the responsibility to secure and build the needed & desired creative capabilities and create a network of the most new-thinking and innovative brains within branding and concept development.
Key Responsibilities
• Assuring the creative direction and framework for Visual Merchandising and secure a creative height for the full house experience across different concept and assortment groups.
• Develop and innovate Visual merchandising and create a clear visual identity for the brand
• Set framework for Visual merchandising that contributes to exceptional inspiration and guidance
• Working and creating in a network of the most new-thinking and innovative individuals & companies within branding and concept development.
• Monitoring industry trends and innovations and using this as an inspiration to set the VM contribution of our physical brand experience. You package your ideas into concepts, presentations, and storyboards.
• Realizing the creative vision and translating it into tangible deliverables

In addition, to be successful in the role we believe you have:
+10 years of experience in:
• Developing VM framework holistically in line with an overall brand platform
• Creating holistic brand experiences with relevant teams and stakeholders and in collaboration with other channels
• Building brand experiences that incorporate customer experience needs
+5 years of experience in:
• Building and leading creative teams
• Delivering on business strategies
• Using insights as part of your concept development
• Working with consumer brands within fashion, lifestyle or athleisure
