Job Description
As a Creative Teams Manager at H&M HOME, you will be in charge of leading an internal creative team to deliver engaging and inspirational stories to build the H&M HOME brand and drive sales online and in-store. Together with the team, you translate business and brand objectives and goals into exciting activities that engage customers worldwide across all communication touchpoints.
You will be a key player in the Global Marketing & Communications team and work closely with other functions at H&M HOME and H&M as well as leading the cooperation with our creative agencies and partners. The team today consists of Project Managers, Production Managers, Art Buyer, Copywriter and Communications & Product Coordinators, as well as creative consultants and external partners.
Your main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Lead, engage and empower the team with clear creative direction, priorities, and goals
Create an environment that encourages creativity, innovation and problem solving
Build and nurture relationships with creative agencies and talents
Deliver engaging and inspirational stories across all communication touchpoints connected to business objectives and brand vision
Ensure smart activity planning and allocation and optimization of resources to drive business goals
Support teams in activities and their execution by prioritizing and taking decisions
Optimize way of working and develop competences, tools and methods
Connect activities to clear KPI’s and steer the team towards delivering on them
Follow up budget, results and effect of all activities
Qualifications
As a person, we believe you are curious and share our passion for interior and design. You have a goal-oriented and creative mindset, are passionate about finding new ways to constantly improve and a great leader and collaborator with a customer-centric approach. You are confident and driven, and love to think strategically but also eager to deliver measurable business results.
We would also love to meet someone who has:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience from leading creative teams, agency or/and client side, preferably with experience in the retail / interior sector
Proven track record of delivering successful 360 marketing campaigns, preferably at international level
Experience from working with and managing creative agencies
Strategic and up to date understanding of marketing and the digital landscape
Ability to communicate direction and strategy and make decisions to reach goals
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
