Job Description
We are looking for a curious and passionate Creative to join Afound’s Marketing department. You will be responsible for creating graphic designs for our marketing campaigns, social media as well as ideating new communication concepts together with your team.
Create advertising and content for different kinds of digital platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Afound.com to name a few
Create campaign material and communication concepts from idea to final art as well as developing our graphic design expressions further
Research and keep up to date with advertising and social media trends
Collaborate closely with Digital Designer, Copywriter, Marketing Specialist and Marketing agency
You’re working both operationally and strategically, planning marketing campaigns with the team but also doing the hands-on work of executing them
Develop and maintain our brand identity together with the Marketing team.
Qualifications
As a person you are proactive and make things happen - a doer who does rather than waits. You have a creative mind that not only dares to question the status quo but is also excited about trying out new things. To thrive in this role, you are digital savvy with an interest in the latest social media and design trends. You are comfortable running several projects independently as well as working with and inspiring a creative team. You have a strong graphic/visual eye and a strong team player who is open-minded.
A couple of years of experience as a creative/graphic designer/art director at an agency or in-house
Proven creative capacity, ability to create concepts as well as one-shots in terms of artworks, formats etc
Knowledge of building and maintaining brand identity, ability to transfer Afound’s design language to different visual formats, creating concepts with a consistent look and feel
Experience in creating social content both for paid advertising and organic
Strong skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Microsoft Office
Plus if you have experience from working with banner tools such as Google Web Designer, Banner flow etc
Plus If you have skills in After Effects InDesign and Premiere
