Job Description
As a Creative at H&M Kids, you will be responsible for bringing the creative concept to life through visual expression, masters & guidelines, cross-media & omni-channel, and support downstream execution. Your primary focus will be on graphic design.
Main tasks and responsibilities include:
Collaborate with internal and external teams to translate the creative concept into visual expressions and channel masters, ensuring that they are consistent with the brand and meet the necessary requirements.
Develop inspirational creative cross-media and omni-channel (traditional & digital) campaigns that support the brand and enhance the customer experience.
Work closely with peer creatives to ensure a consistent omnichannel customer experience.
Respect our Brand DNA and ensure final creative is visually appealing and on-brand.
Qualifications
We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented person who's passionate about graphic design and strives for constant progress. You're someone who takes initiative and can prioritize while managing projects forward. You collaborate well with others and are a natural team player by being a great listener and clear communicator. With your customer-centric approach and appreciation for diversity to deliver quality, you'll help us create exceptional designs that inspire.
To be a successful Creative we also believe you have:
3+ years’ experience within graphic design, client or agency side
A degree in design, fine arts, or graphic arts.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) with the ability to use these tools to create high-quality designs and visual assets.
Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
Passion for graphic design, typography, photography, motion, and digital design, with a strong creative vision and aesthetic sense.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams.
Fluency in English

This is a full-time permanent position, starting as soon as possible and will be based in our Head Office in Stockholm.
