We are looking for another Creator success specialist for our Influencer Marketing Platform in Gaming and Esports.

Since 2016, we have grown to more than triple the size today and work with brands such as MSI, EA and Square Enix.

What are our plans for 2021?

2021 will be another year of growth for us. We will go from 19 to 38 people, move into larger, brand new office facilities, and expand globally.

As our Influencer Manager, you will work in close collaboration with influencers to make sure our campaigns are executed successfully.

You will

- Work closely with a Campaign Lead to deliver Influencer Marketing Campaigns
- Handling creator communication and planning
- Source Creators for upcoming campaigns
- Help Creators succeed in their campaigns
- Plan and validate content for the campaigns.
- Establish and maintain creator communication.
- Negotiate rates and commissions with creators.
- Use our technology to effectively manage the campaigns - including overseeing invitation and onboarding of influencers, handling logistics, and monitoring sponsored content.


To thrive in this role, it is important to us that

- You have an interest in gaming and feel at home on YouTube
- You are a savvy communicator
- Are very proficient in English - both verbally and written
- You are a driven and entrepreneurial who gets shit done
- Experience in digital marketing, advertising, and/or social media
- You have outstanding project management skills and nerves of steel. You don't lose your calm even as deadlines get closer.


Plus if you have

- You have gathered previous work experience working with YouTube marketing campaigns.
- Produced content on YouTube
