As a Credit Collector you perform collections of delinquent accounts by contacting customers via phone, email, & fax. Fields incoming calls from customers and sales representatives. Resolves issues with incorrect billing amounts and purchase orders. Minimizes financial risk to the organization by assessing and advising on creditworthiness of prospective and existing customers.


ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Make collections calls on past due accounts for the Nordics region
Monitor DSO and A/R aging by customer.
Identify actions needed for best collection results
Escalate issues to the AR Manager and Customer Service
Partner with rest of Finance team and with other departments (Customer Service, Sales Team)



MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
English & Swedish required.
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
Professionalism and positive attitude
Team player
Self-starter and autonomous
Good organization capacities and ability to meet 100% of the deadlines
Process improvement skills
