CREDIT CONTROLLER - A/R SPECIALIST

As our new Credit Controller and AR Specialist you will be a part of our STILL Nordic finance team of nine persons and report to the Senior Controller of STILL Sverige who is located in Malmö. You will be based in Malmö or Örebro, but working very closely with the Finance Director, Controllers and Business Partners of all four direct sales organizations of STILL in the Nordic region (Finland, Norway, Denmark and Sweden).


Your main responsibility is to provide a professional credit control and key user function, ensuring timely collection of payments and supporting customers in prompt query resolution. You will have direct responsibility for two legal entities, supporting and functional lead of the other KION ITS NORDIC`s employees in Accounts Receivables / Credit Control. We see you as our single point of contact for KION Group functions related Accounts Receivables / Credit Control systems and processes. We also want you to develop existing routines and processes throughout KION ITS NORDIC. Your daily tasks will be within these fields:


• Daily bank reconciliation, including posting of receipts / payments to the AR and AP ledgers.
• Issue customer statements and follow the daily dunning process.
• FSCM – daily updating of credit management system, including issuing of query log and working with internal business partners to get queries resolved and overdue monies collected.
• New customer approval management and annual credit review – ensuring compliance with KION rules
• Support other departments through training on FSCM
• Ad hoc finance projects.
• Other duties and responsibilities may be required to enable the Group to meet future plans.

• Excellent Excel skills
• Analytical mind set
• Loyal, reliable and trustworthy
• Good communication skills, oral and written in English


We are looking for applicants with experience from similar tasks, knowledge in SAP will be an advantage.
