The position we offer
In Balance Sheet Models Analytics, within TALM Analytics, we drive and participate in different projects related to credit risk, structuring and portfolio analysis, as well as communication with investors.

As Analyst, you will:
-Ensure that credit data management processes, infrastructure, and governance effectively support the business.
-Manage and ensure appropriateness of data for analysis, conduct data analytics and apply technical know-how.
-Be involved in data quality, including identifying, assessing and remediating current issues.
-Help to define the future state of data quality as part of a holistic initiative.
The position is located in Stockholm.
In TALM Analytics in Group Treasury we play a key role in driving the agenda of Group Executive Management and the Board of Directors towards optimizing the Group’s balance sheet. We play a central coordinating role between Group Functions, our Business Areas and potential investors.
The qualifications you need
You:
-Have the ability to operate independently and assume responsibility.
-Have great attention to details.
-Have a positive, flexible and a solution-orientated mind-set.
-Are a team player.
-Have problem solving skills (error detection, root cause analysis, error correction, conceptual, analytical, and decision making skills).
Required skills:
-1 - 4 years’ relevant experience, such as Financial IT, Data Quality, Risk Management, or related fields.
-2-4 years’ experience with SQL and/or SAS.
-Advanced Excel skills.
-English skills, both spoken and written, on a professional level.
Beneficial skills:
-Previous experience of Nordea’s IT infrastructure.
-Knowledge of credit risk.
-Knowledge of financial products.
-Knowledge of Six Sigma or other process improvement techniques.
-Knowledge of banking regulation.
