Your mission
We are looking for someone to help assess applicants that are requesting products from us in Sweden. Your role will be to review applicants and make decisions on if they meet the requirements to be a customer. As part of your analysis, you will perform KYC/AML, Credit, Fraud and Regulatory checks. Our underwriting process is fully digitized, so you need to be comfortable working with digital case management tools and be willing to offer suggestions and insights relevant stakeholders on how to make our processes more efficient.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of setting some fundamental building blocks for the Global Online Experience and be part of building a scalable business in an everchanging disruptive industry. To be successful we see that you can manage multiple stakeholders including customer needs and other functions that you have dependencies to. You have a holistic view to understand needs and like to solve problems. As a person you foster innovation as well as a doer that wants things done.
Skills and Qualifications:
• A minimum of 1 – 2 years of customer service experience or a university education with a focus on finance, economics or business.
• Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English and Swedish
• Fluency with internet, computer usage and web-based application skills
• Great communication skills to assist merchants and internal stakeholders
Location:Sweden-Stockholm preffered
