Crew - Purser
. Maintain and manage the berthing process
. Responsible for all US Customs and US Immigration papers to manifest the
. Crew and for Crew movement in any Non-US Port
. Manages the Crew Office operation
. Minimum 1 year of experience in a crew office or crew logistics position
. Ship experience required
. Travel and Tourism or Hotel Management degree preferred
. Strong knowledge of US Immigration and US Customs regulations for cruise ships
. Strong attention to detail and strong organizational skills
. Strong communication skills essential
. Ability to work in a fast-paced, hectic environment and be able to multi-task
. Ability to handle diverse and demanding, high pressure situations
. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
. Fidelio knowledge preferred
