We are urgently looking for CRM Analyst for our client in Insurance industry. The main responsibility includes:
to monitor how the dialogues perform.
to perform analyzes of sales statistics, number of sent communications, opening frequency, click statistics, etc. for each dialogue and target group,
to find optimization opportunities that provide an increased uplift and a positive effect on the total customer base.
Your responsibility includes:
Follow up and analyze how the customer dialogues perform
Provide your team with customer insights, analyzes and statistics that form the basis for dialogue design
Have an overview of which target groups / offers are communicated via active dialogues
Follow up the processing rate of the customer base
Follow up and analyze the dialogues on a weekly, monthly and annual basis
Provide suggestions for optimizing the target group based on data insights
The role requires resource with hands on experience with Marketing / Campaign Data:

Target group vs Control group
A/B testing result analysis
First touch model
Last touch model
Campaign data attribution to different channel
On technical side you need to be good in SQL (data analysis) and Power BI for reporting.

Your profile
We believe that you have worked for at least 3-5 years with analysis and preferably for CRM-related activities and campaigns. You have a university degree in either marketing, statistics or economics.
