That is why we are currently searching for a CRM Analyst.
In this role you'll be a part in creating and implementing communication strategies which encourage user engagement and growth throughout the customer life cycle, across markets to drive growth and stellar customer experience. This includes segmentation strategies, triggered and automated life cycle flows and analysis. You will report to our CRM Manager and work together with an agile team of marketing, product, engineering, design, data and business professionals to develop short- and long term CRM-strategies and contribute to Anyfin's overall growth.
What you will be doing
Coordination and execution of email, in-app, and push-notification marketing campaigns, including development, implementation, analysis, and reporting Continually improve the email & mobile marketing programs with A/B testing Develop a deep customer understanding in order to optimize CRM activities and support the rest of the marketing & growth organisation Highly involved in conceptualizing the creatives and content for the marketing channel you’re responsible for Use data, vast customer knowledge and your gut instinct to come up with new CRM activities that you can test, optimize and scale. Support ad-hoc requests from other domains with communication through CRM channels.

- Have an interest in and keep up with the latest trends in CRM Proactively identifies opportunities and take action to meet the overall business objectives.
- Have a customer centric approach and genuinely believe in our vision of helping millions of people improve their financial life.
- You are excited by working at a startup where emphasis is on freedom and responsibility.
- Have strong skills in SQL - experience of other types of coding is a plus (Python, R) Have experience developing reports and dashboards in a BI tool (PowerBI, Tableau etc).
- Hands-on experience working with a marketing automation platform.
- Have a BSc or MSc in a technical or business/marketing field.
