We are in the middle of a fun, developing and intensive phase in Kappahl's commercial team. We have just created a new CRM organization with a focus on developing our customer communications and customer relationships. We offer you An important role when you will be responsible for performing analysis and follow-up on our customers as well as communication/marketing activities in our own channels. To best optimize and drive improvements toward the goal of streamlining customer journeys and increasing our customer value. The goal of your analytics is to generate insights and identify new business and communications opportunities. Based on the insights you come up with, you will continuously improve, update and develop our customer journeys/segmentations and tactics to ensure that we reach the CRM strategy's set goals.
An important part of the role is to drive development and build clear and good reports that create added value/efficiency for the CRM team and other stakeholders. You will contribute to development (e.g. predictive models and various requirements within the organization), as well as management of processes and work continuously with testing and control groups. You become the team's CRM Analyst and your role becomes important in understanding if we are doing the right things. You will work closely with the CRM team, as well as our Customers and Market Analysts with the job of demanding accurate data solutions and ensuring that we get great value from our data sources.
Your profile We are seeking you who want to be part of an exciting journey of change and who want to drive Kappahl's customer communication into the future. We believe that you have experience in analytics along the entire customer life cycle and through your insights influence and improve how we communicate with our customers. Your role will be important in understanding whether we are doing the right things to achieve our goals.
We see that you have experience working as a CRM Analyst and have experience in data-driven marketing and customer programs. You have experience of working with large structured and unstructured data sets, it is meritorious to have good knowledge of SQL, and have previously worked in database and analysis programs. We see that you are analytical, data-driven and used to working with follow-up and optimization.
You have relevant academic education within statistics or similar. Experience with Voyado and Microsoft dynamics is of course meritorious. We value highly if you also have experience from BI and create dashboards/reports in a visual way.
Your personality As a person you are thorough, structured and analytical. You enjoy the combination of working closely with your team while taking responsibility for your tasks and projects that lead us forward toward our goals. You can easily identify business problems/ see opportunities and turn them into analytical questions and concrete activities.
You identify new opportunities and can see entire processes already at an early stage. We value curiosity and new ways of thinking. You have the ability to draw conclusions and present these also to those of us who do not have an aptitude for the technical/figures, and you are not afraid to come up with new initiatives and at the same time support your colleagues in different contexts.
