CRM analyst to Acne Studios

About the role

Our new CRM analyst will be part of our Commercial department. The department is the direct customer facing organization encompassing all our sales channels. You will report to the Head of CRM and work closely with other colleagues within customer insights and CRM.

Primary Tasks & Responsibilities:
Support the Head of CRM with customer data analysis to develop the global CRM strategy 
Deliver customer insights and recommendations for strategic decision making
Take part in the work of setting up our CRM strategy as well as system architecture
Responsible for scoping and implementing reports necessary for the day-to-day business
Drive the work towards personalization in communication together with responsible from different channels
Cooperate with other teams for data-driven strategies in cross functional teams, and be the owner and expert on customer data
Collaborate with external partners and developers for setting requirements/definitions to implement new segmentations in the customer database

Desired Qualifications & Experience:
Degree in Business or engineering
Good knowledge in SPSS, SAS, R, Python or other similar tool for data mining
Knowledge in Big Query (SQL)
Knowledge in Microsoft PowerBI, Qlikview or other
Understanding of typical CRM system landscape including database, analytical tools and marketing automation
Preferably experienced in working with CRM and customer insights, tactical segmentations, profitability analysis, lifecycle analysis, RFM, etc.
You are willing to switch between very operational tasks to more strategic ones
You are patient and humble
Fluency in English


To be successful in this role we believe that you have a background as business analyst/CRM analyst or similar preferably within retail, FMCG, tech or Ecommerce. With your strong analytical skillset and high attention to details, you are used to working with large datasets. You are willing to switch between very operational tasks to more strategic ones with a humble and pragmatic attitude.

The position is based at our Head Office in Stockholm; however Non-Swedish residents are welcome to apply.
