To continue our growth and ensure that the Voi brand continues to stand out from other brands in the category we are looking for a CRM Associate to join us at HQ in Stockholm. YOUR MISSION AT VOI

As CRM Associate you will focus on guiding users through a customised journey by delivering relevant, targeted and actionable messages in different owned communications channels in-line with our global strategy to ensure the user extracts maximum value from our services. This will include:

- Creating retention enhancing message templates for emails, push notifications and in-app messages, ensuing that all messages are personalised, mobile-friendly and in-line with our global strategy
- Creating and owning campaigns in Braze from start to finish, including creating user segments, testing and deploying
- A/B testing, analysing, gathering insights, and working continuously to optimise results and establish effective practices to enhance user engagement and customer retention
- Identifying, recommending and implementing process improvements to enable automation and efficiency, segmentation enhancements, and triggered campaign opportunities
- Collaborating with central and local teams to deploy user messages and campaigns, including product updates and local marketing campaigns, and identify new CRM initiatives to drive the overall growth


WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK

We are looking for an independent, data-driven and action-oriented CRM professional with the ability to collaborate efficiently and deliver in a fast-paced and agile environment. In addition to being fluent in English, we believe the right person has:

- 1+ years of experience in CRM marketing in a direct-to-consumer environment, preferably for an app-based company
- Experience working in Braze or similar marketing automation tool (eg. Optimove, Bloomreach, Leanplum or Clevertap) and hands-on experience from creating triggered journeys and campaigns
- Experience from partnering with a creative team, communicating and creating briefs for designers and copywriters, and working together to bring ideas to life
- Experience from independently analysing campaign results and reporting insights, experience with eg. SQL, Tableau and Metabase is a merit
