CRM Coordinator
The CRM Coordinator sits in the CRM team and is responsible for coordinating requests, and securing the content for email, SMS, push, and in-car send-outs. Working closely with both the central CRM and local market teams, you are responsible for creating messages in the marketing automation platform. You will be aligning with the marketing and local teams to ensure that the customer is put first in the communication, and that the outbound communication is coherent.

As part of your job, you will be involved with multiple stakeholders within Lynk & Co to provide continuous feedback on improvements in the marketing automation tool, but to secure that coherent, timely and relevant communication goes out to our CRM base.

This position can be based in Amsterdam, Gothenburg and Milan.


What you'll do

- Collect and clarify incoming requests for the CRM team

- Works together with the team to create campaign briefings for marketing- and partner campaigns

- Collect content to be implemented in the marketing automation platform (Dynamics 365 for Marketing)

- Implement messages for email, SMS, push, and in-car for our 7 markets (and growing!)

- Test and validate messages with relevant stakeholders

What you should have

- A hands-on/can-do attitude - CRM is a small team with a lot of possibilities to grow, which means wearing a lot of hats

- 2-3 years or more of relevant experience in CRM

- Experience in working with a CRM / Marketing automation tool (Microsoft Dynamics 365, Sitecore, or similar)

- Excellent in stakeholder management

- While you’re not expected to code, HTML knowledge is a plus
