We have over 13 million users all over the world who have logged over 10 million catches in our app. We offer over 80,000 fishing, boating and outdoor products from over 350 brands on our marketplace. We’re growing fast, which is why we’re now looking for a CRM Director to join our performance marketing team.
The Role:
As CRM Director you will have a pivotal role in driving our business performance and work closely with both product and wider marketing. With several years of experience working in both an operational and strategic CRM role, you know what it takes to create long-lasting relationships with our users. You’ll work closely with our Product Director and wider in-house marketing and product teams to drive growth and deliver best in class CRM strategies. You will lead a team of 3 CRM specialists which will grow as Fishbrain grows.
This role reports to the Chief Performance Marketing Officer. It is preferably based in Stockholm, Sweden, but we encourage strong remote applicants, especially those in Europe or open to working hours with significant overlap with CET.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic automated lifecycle messaging through various channels such as email, in-app messaging and push.
Review existing lifecycle messaging flow with the intention to improve and increase their contribution to retention, product adoption, revenue per user and growth.
Analyse customer behaviour, insights and data to spot trends and learnings that’ll be used for creating optimized life-cycle improvements
Own and leverage CRM tool provider relationships to maximise impact and growth for the business.
Stay on top of trends and opportunities in the automation and lifecycle marketing industry.
Lead, manage, and grow a team of specialists within the performance organization.
Requirements:
4+ years experience in Marketing Automation/CRM preferably for a subscription based digital product.
Experience working with marketing automation tools such as Braze.
App or startup marketing experience
Line management or team leadership experience
High level of data literacy and understanding of the customer.
You are creative and data-driven, adept at delivering ideas, content, and metrics.
A self-starter who is able to take projects from strategy through execution with a high attention to detail.
Knowledge of latest digital marketing trends
Fast learner and a creative thinker with good problem-solving skills
You want to win as a team
Fluent in English, written and spoken.
