What will you be working on?

We are looking for a true CRM Manager with potential to grow with at least the same pace as Pierce. The position will put you at the core of taking Pierce’s CRM capabilities to the next level using our new platform. The customer group that we are targeting is simply fantastic – with a passion for their sport/hobby/lifestyle that is pretty much unparalleled in any other niche. Key responsibilities:

- Drive and manage development of our CRM capabilities
- Lead creation of newsletters and automated flows according to the strategic plan
- Design, manage and update automated communication flows as well as implement A/B tests
- Analyze the results of our CRM activities to learn and adjust as well as to provide insights
- Coordinate with other parts of the marketing team as well as other functions in the group
- System manager and super user of the CRM tools including primary contact with the tools’ suppliers



- A higher education (BSc or similar)
- Documented success within CRM and experience from working in Emarsys
- Experience with digital business models
- Love data! Both to analyze but more importantly to use
- Excellent collaboration skills
- Good MS Office skills
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- International experience and cross-cultural understanding is desirable
- You might even have an interest in motorcycles, motocross and/or snowmobiles
