As part of the Sales Operations Team, the CRM Manager will be responsible of all aspects of managing implementation, functionality enhancement, user experience and increased business value making sure the investment in the CRM platform is maximized in the EMAL region for Husqvarna Construction Division. In this role you will report to the Sales Operations Director for EMAL.

Your mission and responsibilities
Overall you will be responsible to lead, plan and develop the use of the CRM system and implementation projects together with regional/local sales organizations. You will drive implementation of CRM driven marketing processes together with the sales regions. Further more your mission and responsibilities are:
- Supporting successful CRM usage, reviewing our business processes and aligning the CRM solution to match business needs
- Close collaboration with regional managers, country managers, local customer service functions and CRM super users for collecting business needs
- Translate business needs from the organization into technical information and liaise with GIS and CRM global technical team
- Work in close collaboration with the E-Commerce and Marketing functions to establish CRM as the single source for customer digital touchpoints, including Social Media, E-Commerce and the Web
- Spotting ways to improve usage of the CRM system through automating basic everyday tasks.
- Troubleshooting user or software issues that inhibit the efficiency of the interaction between people and technology
- Providing training in all aspects of the CRM system and related processes to users at all levels in the EMAL sales organization
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Who are you?
You have a Bachelor’s degree in business management, management information system, marketing or equivalent. Experience as a CRM consultant in a client-facing role in top tier or similar consulting organization would be an advantage. It is important that you have:
- Excellent understanding of sales and related commercial processes including marketing and how they interact with a CRM system
- Excellent change management skills in an international environment
- Demonstrated project management skills and experience to drive CRM or similar implementation projects
- Understanding in designing, configuring or administering CRM or similar systems
As a person you have excellent interpersonal, presentation and written communication skills, analytical, ability to work cross functionally and a self-starter with strong drive and sense of urgency.
