THE POSITION
We are now looking for a CRM Manager who knows what it takes to create long-lasting relationships with our users. You will work with the company's customer database with the goal of maintaining and activating new and returning customers, being a part of our amazing E-commerce Marketing team.
You will be in charge of our customer loyalty program ‘Sphere’ and contribute with new ideas, plan and implement sales-driving and loyalty-creating activities with the goal of maintaining and activating new and existing customers of Sudio. Via optimization, development & analysis of our customers journeys you will actively support the company in strategic decisions in regards to customer development. You will develop and run projects around marketing automation i.e. win-back campaigns. Responsible for our CRM plan throughout the customer journey and drive the development of our CRM strategy forward. Active follow-up of our CRM work and share knowledge and insights internally in the organization.
Resp:
Develop and implement strategic automated lifecycle messaging through various channels.
Develop customer relationship surveys to leverage insights and attract qualified leads.
Review existing lifecycle messaging flow with the intention to improve and increase their contribution to retention, product adoption, revenue per user and growth.
Analyse customer behaviour, insights and data to spot trends and learnings that’ll be used for creating optimized life-cycle improvements
Stay on top of trends and opportunities in the automation and lifecycle marketing industry.
A/B Testing campaigns for continuous improvement
Create and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for CRM

Req:
High level of data literacy and understanding of the customer.
You are creative and data-driven, adept at delivering ideas, content, and metrics.
A self-starter who is able to take projects from strategy through execution with a high attention to detail.
Knowledge of latest digital marketing trends
Fast learner and a creative thinker with good problem-solving skills
Fluent in English, written and spoken
Familiar with CRM and email marketing platforms
Familiar with customer survey softwares
Strong data and analytical skills
Experience with Mailchimp
Experience with Google Analytics
