We are growing and we focus on developing the customer experience through an attractive customer membership club, together with inspiring communication to our members and existing customers. We are seeking a CRM Manager, given a unique possibility to lead Kappahl’s CRM-team and contribute to develop the customer journey from a data perspective.
We offer you
This is a key role in Kappahl’s commercial team, and we are on an exciting journey together! You will work with very skilled colleagues in a fast-changing industry. You have the overall responsibility for Kappahl’s customer loyalty program and for the communication to our existing customers in our own channels. You will set up goals and processes to create the best possible prerequisites to enable the CRM-team (with 7 direct reports) to reach their goals from a strategic and tactical perspective.
Your main tasks are to lead, follow-up and develop our ambitions within CRM with a highly data driven perspective, and you know how to use it to create high relevance for our customers through tools such as communication and loyalty programs. You will develop and optimize the customer journey in our own communication channels with focus on activating, engaging, and keeping existing customers. To be able to succeed in this role, we foresee your dedicated engagement and the ability to set and follow-up on clear goals for your team. You see CRM with an outside-in perspective, you have the ability to set a strategic plan while also executing tactical on the very same. You are a true leader with a coaching approach and you easily find connections, when working cross-functional in the company.
You will report to our Commercial Manager and be a part of the commercial teams management team.
Your profile
We are seeking you who have an academic degree within CRM, marketing or similar, and at least 5 years of experience of leadership with direct reports and P&L responsibility. It is a merit to have worked with change management and project leadership. You have experience of data driven CRM and a deep acknowledged understanding of the customer journey, optimization of CLV and to set goals, follow up and act on KPI’s.
You understand different types of technical platforms, merit if you have worked in Voyado.
You are structured, analytical and goal oriented. You are a leader with a coaching approach, eager to create best possible prerequisites for your team. You create a good team-spirit, within and outside your team and your engagement is inspiring. You are commersially driven, keen to focus on customer, loyalty and sales.
