Zinzino is looking for a skilled, enthusiastic & driven CRM Manager to join our global marketing team to play a vital role in supporting the development of a global wellness brand, focusing on test-based, personalized nutrition. Our CRM Manager will further develop and improve the existing CRM processes, propose methods to particular retain or win back existing customers and distributing Partners as well as participates in developing communication plans for acquiring new customers.

About the role
In your role as CRM Manager, you are responsible for building up a CRM strategy for Zinzino including the development of retention flows and campaigns, from conceptualization to analysis. You are passionate about delivering a great customer experience in everything you do as you always put the customer first. The role includes customer mapping, idea generation, proposal preparation, overseeing the production process and overseeing execution. You will work on several projects at a time and still ensure you and the team will be meeting deadlines.

You will be working with

• Development of a CRM strategy for Zinzino
• Improvement and development of company’s existing CRM flows
• Creating, maintaining, and improving data management processes and accuracy to particular retain and win back customers but as well acquire new customers/Partners
• Driving CRM initiatives and overseeing execution of campaigns
• Acting as a liaison between the IT and marketing team to identify consumer segments to be targeted for campaigns and communication send outs.

Qualifications
We are looking for a person who have solid work experience from a similar role, with several years of experience in leading and developing the CRM work. We expect you to be a driven, well-organized, and structured team player with a “can do” mentality with a high-level of accuracy and attention to details. You need to be driven by delivering outstanding results, have a high degree of flexibility and need to be self-going in your work. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

Experience you bring:

• A business degree in marketing or communication
• Minimum 5 years’ work experience in a senior CRM project manager role, ideally within an e-commerce, retail or FMCG company
• A passionate interest for customer mapping, creating CRM flows and understanding of CRM content creation and to further develop existing CRM flows.
• Excellent English skills in written and verbal, native English speaker is a merit
• Excellent project management skills, as you handle several projects at the same time and still ensure to keep deadlines
• Excellent analytical skills and a deep interest in analyzing data to business development
• Excellent technical knowledge of several CRM systems as well as MS Office package is a must.
• Experience of a similar role in direct selling is a merit

Since we operate globally, it is important that you show excellent English skills, both written and verbal. Swedish, Latvian or any additional language skills are a merit. Understanding of and/or previous experience in direct sales and knowledge of Adobe CC (InDesign, Photoshop) we see these skills as a great asset.

Additional information
This is a full time position and we would like you to start as soon as possible. Placement in Västra Frölunda, Gothenburg with frequent travel to the Riga office or vice versa.
