Last year we had 2 million costumers in over 100 countries and this year we plan to grow even more. As our new CRM Manager you will put your stamp on the future CRM communication at NA-KD, and you will have a major impact on how we communicate with our global customers. Together with your team you will work across email, sms, push notification and onsite messaging and your job is to strategically plan our CRM communication. You will be part of a dynamic and growing marketing team helping create and execute our customer communication plans and strategies across marketing channels.
Your Future
- Strategically plan weekly communications through newsletter, app and web push channels
- Make sure to reach the KPI targets by improving performance of the channels
- Continuously bring new ideas for our CRM communications to acquire new customers and retain the existing one
- Monitor the email/push/SMS communication performance, and iteratively improve future sends based on this analysis
- Tracking the reports and work closely with other stakeholders to share your insights
- Lead the CRM 2.0 project where we aim to have a single customer view and conduct channel orchestration with RFM point of view.
- Lead and guide the CRM team to create new multi-channel marketing automations for customer lifecycle
Your Past & Your Skills
- +5 years experience in CRM and/or Marketing automation within ecommerce or similar industry
- Experienced with email, app/web push and onsite personalization
- Experienced with creating marketing automation
- Experienced with a CRM migration project
- Ability to successfully multi-task and deliver high quality work in an ever changing environment with short timelines
- Must be able to take initiative and make decisions
- Strong data and analytical skills. Knowledge of SQL and GA is plus
- Strong technical understanding of CRM tools
