The position
As our CRM Manager, you will play a key role in our international team as you define the overall roadmap and manage our CRM system in line with the company’s strategy and goals. To accomplish this, you will be in close dialogue with our sales colleagues around the world and within the headquarters in Karlskrona, Sweden.
Moreover, you will, in collaboration with sales management, be responsible for the development of the analytics side which means developing and standardizing KPIs, processes, and reports in our BI tool. Previous experience in building reports and working with BI tools is therefore beneficial.
You will have a key role in identifying potential system and user experience improvements and to optimize system performance. You will also be coordinating with other departments and system owners to find ways to increase the level of efficiency in creating, integrating, and collecting customer data between different systems.
Main responsibilities
• Contribute with knowledge for data extractions to other systems
• Be the contact person for vendors related to the job description
• Train and educate new users on the system as well as provide day-to-day advice and technical support to our CRM users regarding specific operational/applications issues
• Participate in development projects
• Implement changes and new features in the organization by use of key user network
Successful candidates
• Relevant bachelor’s degree
• Well experienced in CRM systems
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Technical understanding
• Experience in project management
• Previous experience in account-based marketing is a benefit
• Previous experience in SugarCRM is a benefit
